Q. Do the rooms have CCTV?

 

A. There are only CCTVs in the common lounge area. All rooms do not have any CCTVs to ensure full privacy during your experience.

 

Q. Can I bring my own food & drinks?


A. Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, or snacks. However, we only allow the consumption of fast food, simple snacks & drinks to prevent and heavy smell from lingering for the next customers’ experience.

We have drinks & snacks available for purchase in-store as well.

 

Q. What is the maximum pax allowed for each room size?

 

A. We have a total of 7 rooms in 3 different sizes, every room has its unique theme!
 

Compact Room: 2 Pax (AVORY / PEGASUS / POLAR)

 

Deluxe Room: 2-4 Pax(WOODS / NEBULA / PEARL)

 

VIP Room: 2-6 Pax(BERMUDA)

 

Q. Which Room has Gaming Consoles & Board Games?

 

A.  Our Deluxe Room (Nebula) & VIP Room (Bermuda) offers Board Games and Gaming Consoles. For Dine-in Experiences, our Deluxe rooms (Woods & Pearl) offer Dine-in Experiences.

 

Q. Do you host Custom Events, Private Parties, or custom requests?

 

A. Kindly drop us an email at Business@4play.sg for any customization requests! Please note that we only entertain custom requests that are sent a week in advance of your booking date. 

 

For any private booking of the venue, please drop an email and we will get back to you as soon as we receive your request.

 

Q. What are the prices for an individual room?

A. Our rates are as follows:

 

Compact Rooms - $49 / 3 hours 

Deluxe Rooms - $89 / 3 hours

VIP Room - $109 / 3 hours

 

Q. Do you host Corporate Events?

 

A. We are open to exploring with any interested parties,  please reach out to us via the ‘contact us’ page on the website and we will respond to you shortly.

 

Question 08. How far in advance should I book a room?

 

A. It is recommended to book your room as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. Popular time slots, especially during weekends and holidays, tend to fill up quickly. 

Question 09. Am I allowed to cancel or reschedule my bookings?

 

A. Unfortunately, cancellations or refunds are not entertained. For any rescheduling, please contact us via email or via our company hotline.

Question 10. Are there any age restrictions?

 

A. Our multi-entertainment rooms are suitable for all ages. However, some activities or games within certain themes may have age restrictions or recommendations. Our staff will be happy to guide you regarding age-appropriate activities for your group. For any guests who are under the legal age, a guardian would be required to enter the premises.
